In our first month, we begin to explore what grief is and how it has reshaped your inner and outer world.
Not to analyse it - but to understand it with more clarity, honesty, and compassion.

You will start to recognise the patterns, emotions, and responses that have formed in the aftermath of loss.

Turning towards grief

Meeting what has been avoided

In month two, we'll begin to release and soften the resistance that so often comes with grief.

This is not about forcing anything - it's about creating enough safety to gently turn towards what may have been held, avoided, or pushed down. This is where emotional movement begins.

Living alongside grief

Finding solid ground again

Month three is about reclaiming, not resolution.

This is all about reconnecting with yourself: your identity, your nervous system, your capacity to live fully again. Not without grief, but no longer consumed by it.

This is where life will feel steadier, more spacious, and more yours again.
